In the foreign exchange market, the KRW/USD exchange rate is showing a decline in early trading on the 26th.

The decline in the exchange rate is attributed to the policy remarks made by Jerome Powell, the Chairman of the U.S. Federal Reserve.
In his Jackson Hole speech on the 23rd (local time), Powell mentioned that the time for adjusting monetary policy had arrived, hinting at the possibility of a rate cut.
He stated, "The policy direction is clear, and the timing and pace of cuts will be determined based on economic data, outlook, and risk factors."
Following his remarks, the global dollar weakened, leading to a decline in the KRW/USD exchange rate.
Meanwhile, at the same time, the KRW/JPY cross-currency exchange rate is trading at 921.47 KRW per 100 JPY, up 1.93 KRW from the previous closing price.
