Japanese SAR Satellite Firm Synspective to List on Tokyo Stock Exchange in December

Japan's SAR satellite company 'Synspective' will be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 19. The company announced this on November 14.
The offering will consist of 21,304,200 common shares, with the book-building process taking place from December 4 to 9, and the public offering price to be determined on December 10.
Synspective completed a Series C funding round of 7 billion yen in June. Including this, the total investment raised by Synspective is 28.1 billion yen. Additionally, it has secured 8.3 billion yen in loans.
Synspective is developing a small SAR satellite called 'StriX.'
In August, the company launched its fifth satellite, aiming to build a constellation of up to 30 SAR satellites by the end of the 2020s.
